Boys Soccer Registration

The following must be filled out for all boys' soccer participants.  Families must join the Crusader organization by filling out the Family Membership form and paying the $10 annual fee.  Health History, Liability Release, and Parent/Player Agreement must be filled out annually and can be downloaded from the registration information section of the website.  Also, please note the Crusader Dress Code available for download in the same area.

Registration fees for boys' soccer is $150.  At least $75 must be paid at time of registration and the balance is due prior to the first game. Payment may be made online via Paypal here, mailed to FHCA, 546 Ramsey St, Fayetteville NC 28301 or turned into Coach.
